Hi Martin. Thank you for leaving your review. For anyone reading this we have offered to go back on more than one occasion to fix any issues the customer feels they may have and 500 for any inconvenience. However after this was agreed the customer tried to change this to 1000. We have reported this review now to the Google moderators as this is bordering on blackmail. We feel we have offered an amicable resolution but the customer keeps updating the review in order to try and destroy any future business we may get. Was disappointed in the finished work - it was "Shoddy". We got tis company to monoblock our driveway, extend it and put in grass. To start off with while Martin was using the small digger to get rid of all the stones etc from our garden we noticed that he had slightly damaged our garden fence without admitting it and we had to complain. it was more of the principle of it. The driveway is not level enough and we are certain that when there is heavy rain it will backtrack into my garage. We felt that the workman on the first day were being careful transporting the bricks , but then on it felt that they were in a rush and just throwing the bricks in the wheelbarrow and dumping them on our new driveway and making scratches. Once the workman were away one day we noticed that a lot of the bricks on the driveway seemed to crumble away in our fingers. We had a border of bricks round our grass and there were a lot of gaps left inbetween them and even when Martin came back to fix them , the finished look was "shoddy", bits of cement left everywhere, in the grass etc. He even left us with a brick broken in half! The grass that was laid is not great at all, it is uneven, there was even a strip that was practically dead though Martin did come back and replace it. In the end we did not pay the full amount as my wife and I feel that it wasn't worth the amount he charged us. They have never repsonded to our compaints on the review. We did decided to not pay the full amount but we wish now that we had paid even less for it as the work they did was very shoddy. Cracks in some bricks, some wrong coloured bricks on the wrong place, cement beeen left on them. to begin with the main guy denied denting our fence and our garage door as well. the entrance to the driveway has been left looking unfinished as they said they couldnt do any more to make it look better but I'm certain they could have made an effort to. Would not recommend this company at all. it looks like they have chosen some of the good reviews and got rid of the bad ones!

Excellent job done on our back garden (basically had to start again as we had a poor workmanship before) nothing was any trouble. Fitted paving and artificial grass making the garden look great. So happy with the work. Would recommend to anyone, will definitely have them back for follow on work.

Martin is a really lovely guy it was a pleasure to meet him. He and his guys were great know what they are doing they work quickly and nothing is a bother. Its great that they are tidy and clear all the rubbish and they bring all the stuff i require. I dont have to do anything maybe just the coffee and donuts would reccomend them and hopefully will hire them again. Thank you Martin
